RAD Auto Detailing provides mobile and shop-based automotive detailing services including ceramic coating (XPEL), paint correction, interior detailing, exterior detailing, and related vehicle enhancement services.
Customers may receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, missed appointment follow-ups, and promotional offers if they opt in to receive SMS communications.

5. Vehicle Condition & Owner Responsibility
By booking a service, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorized to approve service on it, and that the vehicle is safe to service. You agree to disclose any known defects, prior paintwork, weak clear coat, aftermarket modifications, or fragile trim in advance.
Detailing may expose or reveal pre-existing damage such as scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, or interior wear. RAD Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing, hidden, or undisclosed conditions.
6. Results Disclaimer
Results vary based on vehicle age, condition, and maintenance history. We do not guarantee “like-new” appearance, complete stain removal, or permanent odor elimination. Ceramic coating and paint correction outcomes depend on the vehicle’s actual paint and surface condition.
7. Mobile Service Terms
For mobile appointments, you are responsible for providing safe and legal parking, adequate working space, and permission to access the property. Service may be refused or paused due to unsafe conditions, weather, or lack of access. No refunds are owed if service is halted for these reasons.
8. Appointments, Pricing & Payment
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service at our discretion. Pricing and service descriptions are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit any deposit paid.
10. Personal Property
You agree to remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle prior to service. RAD Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of RAD Auto Detailing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Media & Marketing Authorization
Unless you opt out in writing, you grant permission for non-identifying photos or videos of your vehicle to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.
14. Limitation of Liability
